Foremark weekly report week ending 11/10/ 2015
Telephone Number: 01283 703202
A Mixed week again with fis taking well on dry fly’s when a good ripple is on the water. Fly’s such as daddies and fry patterns have continued taking the majority of the fish, on or just under the surface for floating lines, with intermediate or DI 3 lines for the lures. With calm winds and boils or cascade not running over the week end the fishing once again was more of a challenge. Water levels are down again, leaving the banks a little muddy in some areas. A few fish are now coming in close to the banks first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening chasing fry for short periods.
Top catch of the week goes to Mr Scagg and Mr Nadin for taking 31 fish to the boat on Monday on size 14 brown dry fly’s drifting from the cascade to the dam wall
