Foremark report week ending 19/10/2014
Telephone Number: 01283 703202

Foremark fishing has been consistent this week with some excellent fishing from the banks in some areas with fish falling to a verity of lures and fly’s on a range of lines. Tuesday saw Derby County Angling club member Alan Topping net 14 fish from the area in front of the lodge on white minkies this s included 3 brown. Season permit holder John Machin fished from the bank on Wednesday and took 8 fish on floating lines on muddler .And Mr Paul Walker took 7 fish to his boat during an afternoon session from the cascade area and the tower on sinking line and minkies. Verdons point was Mr G manns coice on Thursday taking 6 fish in a morning session on blobs and damsels. on Friday season permit holder Mr S Wilson netted 15 fish to his boat from various areas, while Mr Machin returned to the bank again for another 8 fish on dries and muddler.

With the cooler weather due set  to continue again over the next few days Water temperatures should cool even further and the prospects continue to look good for some fry chasing.

Water clarity is currently very good and the water levels are still low this week and some areas of the bank may have soft mud/ sand. Just to remind you that we run a no wading above the knee policy.
