Foremark report week ending 05/10/2014
Telephone Number: 01283 703202

Foremark fishing started the week in a similar pattern to the previous week with some good sport to dry’s on floating lines and fry patterns on sinking lines with plenty of fish around 3 and 4 buoy’s  and down the middle of carvers arm. However by the week end the fishing was a little more challenging with the fish being a bit more finicky. That said Alex Booth held one of their annual Foremark boat matches with a match average of 1.5 for 12 rods.  Mr K Slater took top spot with 5 fish for 9lbs 14oz best rainbow was caught by S Hill 3lbs 4oz and best brown fell to M Smith 2lbs 10oz.

With the cooler weather due over the next few days Water temperatures should cool and the prospects for some good fry chasing and feeding are look good.

Water levels are lower still this week and some areas of the bank may have soft mud/ sand, no wading allowed above the knee.
