Foremark report week ending 28/09/2014
Telephone Number: 01283 703202
Foremark has continued to fish in a similar way as last week with some good sport on dry’s on floating lines and fry patterns on sinking lines still plenty of fish around 3 and 4 buoy’s also down the middle of carvers arm. Fishing has been steady all week Tuesday season permit holder J Cravagan took 13 fish on bibio dry’s including a stunning 5lbs plus rainbow. Towards the end of the week the fish went deeper down In the water and minkie boobies on a sinking line was the way to go about 20 to 30 yards off the dam wall.
Water levels are well down making for plenty of weed free room on the banks and the water clarity is good although since the weekend an algae bloom although this morning its improving.
Friday I had the pleasure of teaching a couple of gentlemen that have not been trout fishing before they had three fish to the boat and plenty of pulls and the opportunity to play another three fish each a very enjoyable day for all.
