Foremark’s weekly report week ending 06/07/2014                                                                        Telephone Number: 01283 703202

Another week of mixed fishing, with the fish feeding in different areas and at different depths on different days. Ringing the changes throughout the day have produced the best results.

Early on in the week damsels and buzzers around the cascade worked well but by Wednesday blobs and crunchers started to produce fish in open water and off the boils. By Friday Kinkhammers and sedge took a few fish. Saturday was also dry’s but Sunday midge tip with crunchers worked well.

Mr S Bowers netted the best fish of the week a 5LB rainbow from round the valve tower about 6 to 8 feet down. (well done).

On Wednesday  the police inter forces, floating line boat match, was held with 26 rods taking 49 fish for a rod average of 1.9 Mr T Smith was the individual winner taking 7 fish.
