Foremark week ending report 06/10/13

118 Rods netted 306 trout returning 127 for a good rod average of 2.6

The fishing last week has improved as predicted. With the return of some slightly unseasonal warm weather the fish have once again been in the main in the upper layers of the water Colum Saturday was a good day for fishing on floating lines and dry fly’s.  The more productive methods have been floating lines and dry’s howevere slow sinking lines with a buoyant point fly/lure teamed up with either crunchers diawl bach’s or small hoppers. The boats have continued to find fish about 50 yards from the banks in carvers arm and around the cascade and at the back of the tower. The banks have remained a bit of a challenge again however some anglers are still getting some fish on either intermediate lines with small lures or floating lines and dry’s (hoppers or daddies).
